Understanding when to replace your running shoes is essential in preventing injuries. This application provides a reliable method for tracking the mileage of your running footwear.

The motivation behind this app stems from the realization that reaching a specific mileage threshold often correlates with the onset of discomfort or injury. As the adage goes, "Prevent before healing."

Users can monitor up to five pairs of running shoes efficiently.

<ol>
 <li>Input the brand of your running shoes in the designated field.</li>
 <li>Select the corresponding color of your shoes.</li>
 <li>Choose your preferred measurement system: kilometers or miles.</li>
 <li>Click "Save" to record this information.</li>
</ol>

To enhance your running experience, remember to enter the date after each run, ensuring no duplicate entries are made. Record the distance covered and press the save button to keep an accurate account of your shoe mileage. Should a mistake occur, simply input the incorrect number prefixed with a minus sign to subtract it. For example, if you mistakenly entered 25 instead of 2.5, entering -25 will correct it accordingly.

When it's time to replace your shoes, resetting the data is straightforward. Your measurement preference will remain saved for future reference.

Savoir quand il est temps de changer vos espadrilles est essentiel pour éviter les blessures. Cette application vous permet de suivre le kilométrage de vos chaussures de course.

L'idée de cette application est née de la constatation que dépasser un certain nombre de kilomètres avec mes espadrilles entraînait des douleurs. Ainsi, je préfère changer mes chaussures avant d'atteindre ce seuil. « Prévenir avant de guérir » est la clé.

Vous pouvez suivre jusqu'à cinq paires d'espadrilles facilement.

 <li>Inscrivez la marque de vos espadrilles dans le champ prévu à cet effet.</li>
 <li>Sélectionnez la couleur qui correspond le mieux à vos chaussures.</li>
 <li>Choisissez votre préférence de mesure : kilomètres ou miles.</li>
 <li>Cliquez sur « Save » pour enregistrer ces informations.</li>
</ol>

Pensez à entrer la date après chaque course pour éviter les doublons. Indiquez la distance parcourue et appuyez sur le bouton « Save » pour garder une trace précise du kilométrage de vos chaussures. En cas d'erreur, il suffit d'entrer le nombre erroné précédé d'un signe moins pour soustraire. Par exemple, si vous avez entré 25 au lieu de 2.5, entrer -25 corrigera l'entrée.

Lorsque le moment de remplacer vos chaussures arrive, réinitialiser les données est facile. Votre préférence d'unité restera enregistrée pour référence future.
